Font gets new opponent for Dec. 3; will face Schnell

Ultimate Fighter 24 standout Matt "Danger" Schnell will make his UFC debut in the bantamweight division, as he replaces Alejandro Perez against Rob Font on the Dec. 3 TUF Finale card in Las Vegas.
In the main event at The Palms, the winner of the toughest tournament in sports gets a shot at the pound-for-pound king, Demetrious "Mighty Mouse" Johnson, in a five-round bout for the UFC flyweight championship. Plus, two top 125-pound contenders settle their score, as Ultimate Fighter 24 coaches Joseph Benavidez and Henry Cejudo meet in an explosive co-main event.
Winner of six straight, Louisiana's Schnell impressed on season 24 of TUF, submitting Matt Rizzo before being eliminated in the quarterfinals. On Saturday, he will move from flyweight to bantamweight to begin his UFC journey against the hard-hitting Font, who has won 11 of his last 12.
