Soto-Birchak Completes UFC 177 card

August 30th's UFC 177 card is now complete with the addition of a bantamweight bout between Octagon newcomers Joe Soto and Anthony Birchak.

A college roommate of current light heavyweight champion Jon Jones, Soto is 15-2 in a career that began in 2006, and he brings a six-fight winning streak into his clash with Birchak, a decorated Greco-Roman wrestler who owns an 11-1 MMA record that includes a 2013 win over UFC vet Ryan Benoit.

UFC 177 is headlined by the UFC bantamweight championship rematch between T.J. Dillashaw and the man he beat for the crown, Renan Barao.
