TRAINING: A typical day for me in preparation for any fight is three sessions, usually starting with strength and conditioning at Next Level Performance around 8am, followed by pro practice at Roufusport with Duke rRoufus and the crew before a late night gi jiu-jitsu session with Daniel Wanderly or a pad session with masters Duke Roufus and Scott Cushman.

What ranks and titles have you held? 170lb RFA champion, blue belt in jiu-jitsu
Do you have any heroes? My mother Sandra Harmon - the strongest person I know!
What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC? This is the reason for my existence the last three years. To put in all the hard work I do, this is where every fighter wants to be. I plan on being here a while.
Did you go to college and if so what degree did you earn? Yes, I have a degree in Criminal Justice
What was your job before you started fighting? I was a full-time student while bouncing at a bar
Specific accomplishments in amateur competition? 6-1 record. Iowa challenge amateur 185-pound champ
