OFFICIAL RULES

NO PAYMENT, ENTRY FEE OR PURCHASE REQUIRED. OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA (EXCLUDING PUERTO RICO AND ALL OTHER U.S. TERRITORIES AND POSSESSIONS) WHO ARE AT LEAST EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OLD AT TIME OF ENTRY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

AS DESCRIBED BELOW, THESE RULES REQUIRE THAT DISPUTES BE RESOLVED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS, RATHER THAN BY CLASS ACTION, AND LIMIT YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES IN THE EVENT OF A DISPUTE.

GRAND PRIZE WINNER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL TAXES, INSURANCE AND VEHICLE REGISTRATION AND TITLE CHARGES.

HOW TO ENTER. The UFC Freedom 250 Fan Fest Truck Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:01 AM (PT) on June 8, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 PM (PT) on June 14, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Zuffa, LLC ("Sponsor"). Sponsor’s clock is the official time keeping device of the Sweepstakes.

SWEEPSTAKES METHOD OF ENTRY:  Enter by visiting the registration page located at https://ufc.com/ram and completing the Sweepstakes registration form, including all required fields.

Limit of one (1) entry per person per day during the Sweepstakes Period. Entries submitted through multiple email accounts or identities will disqualify entrant from the Sweepstakes. All entry materials become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Each entry properly submitted in accordance with these Official Rules earns the entrant one (1) entry in the Sweepstakes drawing.

Entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person assigned an email account by the organization responsible for assigning the applicable email address used at the time of entry. The authorized account holder may be required to provide proof of identity. If a dispute cannot be resolved, the entry will be deemed ineligible. Any other attempted form of entry is prohibited; no automatic, programmed, robotic or similar means of entry are permitted.

LICENSE. By entering, entrant grants to Sponsor and FCA US LLC d/b/a Ram Trucks (“Ram”) a royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, sublicensable, non-exclusive license to use entrant’s name, city/state of residence, likeness, voice, photograph, biographical information, prize information, and statements (including in connection with the Sweepstakes and prize awarding) for advertising, promotional, publicity, and trade purposes in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, without further notice, compensation, or permission, except where prohibited by law. If necessary, entrant will sign any documentation that may be required for Sponsor, Ram, or their respective designees to make use of the non-exclusive rights entrant is granting hereunder.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

ELIGIBILITY. The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico and all other U.S. Territories and Possessions) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. The Grand Prize Winner must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and automobile insurance prior to receiving the prize. Employees, officers and directors of Zuffa, LLC, Ultimate Fighting Championship, TKO Group Holdings, Inc., Ram, and their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliates (i.e., entities controlling, controlled by or under common control with, Sponsor or Ram), their promotion and advertising agencies, prize suppliers, dealers, distributors, and anyone involved in the development or execution of the Sweepstakes, and the immediate family members (meaning spouses, parents, siblings, children and their respective spouses) and members of the households of such employees, officers and directors, and UFC athletes and on-air talent, are not eligible. By taking part in this Sweepstakes participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to permanently disqualify from this Sweepstakes any person it believes has intentionally violated these Official Rules. The Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state, and local laws. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

DRAWING. The Grand Prize Winner will be selected at random from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The random drawing shall take place on or about June 15, 2026 by Sponsor or its designee, whose decisions are final and binding on all aspects of this Sweepstakes and not subject to appeal. The potential Grand Prize Winner will be contacted by email at the address provided at entry within approximately one (1) business day after being selected. The potential Grand Prize Winner will be required to claim his or her prize within two (2) days of the time the winner notification is sent. To claim the prize, the potential Grand Prize Winner must respond as directed in the notification. The potential Grand Prize Winner may be required to provide additional information to confirm identity and eligibility and also may be required to complete and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and, where legal, a Publicity Release, and any other documentation that Sponsor may require, and to see to it that Sponsor is in receipt of such information and documents within two (2) days of being requested to provide the same. In all cases, Sponsor reserves the right to request proof of identity, residency, and age, and the potential Grand Prize Winner will be deemed to have forfeited the prize if Sponsor, in its sole discretion, finds that the proof is unsatisfactory. The prize will be forfeited (i) if the selected potential Grand Prize Winner does not timely provide the requisite information, return the requisite documents, or cannot be reached within two (2) days from the initial notification attempt, (ii) if the prize is returned as non-deliverable, and/or (iii) in the event of non-compliance with any of the requirements of these Official Rules.

GRAND PRIZE. One (1) Grand Prize Winner (the “Grand Prize Winner”) will receive one (1) 2026 Ram 1500 Big Horn with a HEMI V8, with standard manufacturer-installed equipment (the “Truck”). The Truck will be awarded in the color and trim selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion, subject to availability.

Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize: $55,000 USD. The ARV is determined as of the date of the printing of these Official Rules. The difference in the value of the prize as stated herein and the value at time of prize notification, if any, will not be awarded. GRAND PRIZE WINNER MUST ACCEPT ALL ASPECTS OF THE PRIZE.

All expenses not specified in these Official Rules, including, without limitation, taxes, vehicle registration and title fees and charges, licensing, and insurance are solely the Grand Prize Winner’s responsibility. GRAND PRIZE WINNER SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL TAXES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY SALES AND INCOME TAXES, AS WELL AS ANY VEHICLE REGISTRATION AND TITLE CHARGES. The Grand Prize Winner will be issued an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the ARV of the prize. The prize may not be substituted, transferred or redeemed for cash, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of comparable or greater value in its sole discretion.

ODDS OF WINNING. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

GENERAL CONDITIONS. Sweepstakes entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor, Zuffa, LLC, Ultimate Fighting Championship, TKO Group Holdings, Inc., Ram, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, representatives, promotion, advertising and online technology agencies, prize suppliers, dealers, distributors, and all others associated with the development or execution of this Sweepstakes, and each of their respective owners, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, contractors and agents (collectively, the “Releasees”) from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, misuse or non-use of any prize or parts thereof (including, without limitation, ownership, possession, or operation of the Truck), including, without limitation, liability for death, personal injury, damage or loss of any kind, and from liability to any other persons relating to or resulting from entering or downloading materials or software in connection with this Sweepstakes.

The Truck is covered by Ram’s standard new vehicle limited warranty, which includes a 10-year/100,000-mile limited powertrain warranty covering the engine, transmission, and drivetrain, as well as a 3-year/36,000-mile basic limited warranty. Except for such manufacturer’s warranty, the Releasees provide no representations or warranties with respect to the operation or condition of the Truck and do not make any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the use of any prize, including, without limitation, quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Further, no responsibility is accepted for any additional expenses, omissions, delays, or acts of any government or authority, or if the Sweepstakes cannot take place or if the Grand Prize cannot be awarded due to acts of war, natural disasters, weather, acts of terrorism, or any other event outside Sponsor’s reasonable control. Sponsor reserves the right to modify this Sweepstakes in any way it deems necessary or appropriate and to cancel this Sweepstakes if it deems necessary or appropriate.

INTERNET. The use of any automated launching or entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that permits any participant to automatically register and/or enter repeatedly is prohibited. If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes for any reason. Should this Sweepstakes be terminated, Sponsor reserves the right to select the Grand Prize Winner in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the action requiring such termination. Releasees assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Releasees are not responsible for lost, late, garbled or misdirected entries or for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including, without limitation, any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

DISPUTES. EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED, ENTRANT AGREES THAT: (1) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; (2) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, INCLUDING COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ENTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, BUT IN NO EVENT ATTORNEYS’ FEES; AND (3) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN AWARDS FOR, AND ENTRANT HEREBY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES AND ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN FOR ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES, AND ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED.

DATA COLLECTION. All personal information submitted in relation to the Sweepstakes will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws, these Official Rules, Sponsor’s privacy policy, which may be found at https://www.ufc.com/privacy-policy, and Ram’s privacy policy, which may be found at https://www.ramtrucks.com/privacy-policy.html. The name of the Grand Prize Winner will be made available as provided for below.

LIST OF GRAND PRIZE WINNER. For the name of the Grand Prize Winner, available after June 30, 2026, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: UFC Freedom 250 Fan Fest Truck Sweepstakes, Zuffa, LLC, 6650 S. Torrey Pines Drive, Las Vegas, NV 89118. Requests must be received by August 15, 2026.

MISCELLANEOUS. Participants agree that this Sweepstakes is governed solely by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any claims arising out of the Sweepstakes shall be governed solely by Nevada law and may be brought only in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction located in Clark County, Nevada. If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect.
