UFC Headquarters opens its doors in Las Vegas for an intense training session with Wanderlei Silva as prepares for his bout against Keith Jardine in UFC 84 Ill Will. Wanderlei Silva’s training includes taping over his nose and breathing through a snorkel to increase his cardio endurance.
