Casa De Luz is a faith-based community resource center that provides temporary housing, afterschool programs for children, and supportive services and resources for the entire family.
“We were incredibly grateful for Brandon and Rey for visiting Casa De Luz, as their presence was truly inspirational for our students and their families,” said Maggie Clark, Executive Director of Casa De Luz. “The connections they made with everyone, and the stories they shared, have ignited a positive spark in our community. Their generosity and warmth made each person feel valued and empowered to dream big and pursue their goals with renewed determination.”
Since 2009, Casa De Luz has expanded to support Las Vegas families, with Brandon Moreno bringing motivation and smiles to those in need.
Established in 2009, Casa De Luz operates via its mission of bringing light, love, and hope to our neighbors by assisting families across several Las Vegas neighborhoods. Over the last three years, the organization has expanded from operating one location in each area to three in an effort to bring hope to more communities in need.
“We had an amazing time with Casa De Luz today,” said Moreno. “Spending time with these kids and their families is important, as they are all going through tough times and we’re here to provide them with high levels of motivation and inspiration, while putting smiles on their faces.
Casa also provides after-school programs for children and supportive services and resources for entire families in need. Through these programs, Casa hopes to create happier, healthier, and more productive neighborhoods while working to break the cycle of crime, poverty, and abuse.
