Both guys are savages and love to compete. You can always count on them going all out and fighting tooth and nail for every position. It should be an all-time fight on an awesome card.
Zander Phaturos – Campbell
Pick: Bo Nickal vs Cody Brundage
Bo’s undefeated and killing it right now. What he’s doing is very cool to watch and I’m especially intrigued because he’s a wrestler. It shows what the best martial art is.
Austin Gomez – Michigan
Pick: Justin Gaethje vs Max Holloway
Two gunslingers who are going to leave it all in the Octagon. Both of those dudes are fun to watch and must-see PPV.
Gable Steveson – Minnesota
Pick: Multiple
I’m excited to see Bo Nickal on the main card and to see Alex Pereira defend his championship. Oliveira vs Arman is one to watch for everybody and the co-main event with the women’s title is going to bring fireworks.
Crosby Schlosser – University of Wisconsin – Parkside
Pick: Charles Olivera vs Arman Tsarukyan
Charles always brings it right away and it’s just an interesting matchup. I want Do Bronxs back in for a title fight.
Pat Glory – Princeton
Pick: Bo Nickal vs Cody Brundage/Justin Gaethje vs Max Holloway
This card is too good to ask for a favorite, but I’ll narrow it down to the two that I’m most looking forward to. Bo Nickal vs Cody Brundage - being a wrestler how can you not absolutely love the energy and excitement that Bo brings to the canvas. We all know Bo Knows Wrestling but I’m looking forward to seeing him match up against a tough fighter in Brundage. I would like to see how Bo handles a striking battle and spilling a little bit of blood out there on the canvas.
Justin Gaethje vs Max Holloway, come on! These guys are some of the most seasoned, toughest guys to ever step inside the Octagon. This is going to be an absolute brawl and I can’t wait to see who gets their hand raised. Two absolute BMFs that are going to fight for who’s the baddest. I get goosebumps thinking about this one.
Kyven Gadson – Iowa State
Pick: Justin Gaethje vs Max Holloway
I’m really intrigued by Justin Gaethje and Max Holloway. It’s a fight that I felt was far-fetched to see and you have a man that has never been knocked down and one that throws caution to the wind.
Nick Suriano – Michigan
Pick: Bo Nickal vs Cody Brundage
I’ll root for Bo Nickal at UFC 300. He’s a teammate and friend. I am confident he will excel in great fashion.
Josh Heindselman – Oklahoma
Pick: Justin Gaethje vs Max Holloway
I’m hoping to see wrestlers show out. Looking forward to Gaethje vs Holloway a little more, though. Both of them are so exciting to watch and I know that fight will be crazy. Always fun to see Gaethje, such a talented wrestler, throw it all out the window in his fights and stay on his feet and bang.
Joey McKenna – Ohio State
Pick: Justin Gaethje vs Max Holloway
Justin Gaethje vs Max Holloway has to be the most exciting fight on the main card. Holloway never KOed coming up a weight class to face the BMF champ Justin Gaethje is already a BMF move. Either guy is worthy of that title. I think Gaethje will be able to blend his style well and use his size against Max, but not without a battle. It’s going to be fireworks from start to finish. All gas, no brakes.
