In a genre of gaming that usually retools and recycles on an annual basis, it shouldn't come as any surprise that the sports game that made the biggest splash at this year's E3 is based on a sport making its debut on next-gen consoles. As the sport's first offering since the disappointing UFC: Sudden Impact, UFC Undisputed 2009 just might be worth the wait. The game offers THQ's latest improvements in collision detection, features 80 lifelike character models, and may even play a pivotal role in the development of the sport itself.
