Surging lightweight contender Jim Miller will welcome longtime welterweight standout Thiago Alves to the 155-pound ranks on Saturday, November 12, as the two meet in UFC 205 action at Madison Square Garden in New York City.
Tickets for UFC 205 go on sale on Friday, September 30.

New Jersey's Miller has been showing top-notch form in his recent bouts, with back-to-back victories over Takanori Gomi and Joe Lauzon. And on a historic night in New York City, the blue-collar battler will seek a third consecutive win when he faces Brazil's "Pitbull," an 11-year veteran of the UFC roster who has challenged for the welterweight title and beaten the likes of Matt Hughes, Josh Koscheck, Karo Parisyan and Jordan Mein.
But this November, he begins his assault on the lightweight division's best.
