Invicta Fighting Championships will be making its first trip to Utah for Invicta FC 28. The event will take place in the state’s capital of Salt Lake City at the Union Event Center, and will stream live and exclusively on UFC FIGHT PASS on Saturday, March 24, at 6 pm PT.
The nine-bout card will be headlined by two high level Brazilian contenders, as Janaisa “Evil Princess” Morandin and Virna "Carcará" Jandiroba will battle for the vacant Invicta FC strawweight championship. Previous Invicta 115lbs title-holders, including Carla Esparza and Angela Hill, went on to compete in the UFC.
The card will also feature the return of Japanese star ‘MIZUKI’, who is scheduled to fight for the first time in nearly two years, as well as the Invicta FC debut of popular UFC veteran Pearl Gonzalez.
Invicta FC 28 will stream live and exclusively on UFC FIGHT PASS.
