Jan Blachowicz’s ascension to the top of the UFC light heavyweight division was the feel-good story of 2020. In the main event of UFC 267 on October 30, the man with the “legendary Polish Power” puts his title on the line for the second time against veteran Brazilian contender Glover Teixeira, who promises that his second shot at the belt will be the one that crowns him champion.
In the co-main event, two of the top killers in the bantamweight division meet to decide the interim championship when former champ Petr Yan meets Colorado action hero Cory Sandhagen. Yan is waiting for his rematch against champion Aljamain Sterling, while Sandhagen looks to spoil the party after defeating a who's who of 135-pounders in his quest for gold.
If that wasn’t enough, welterweight sensation Khamzat Chimaev makes his return to the Octagon after a year away, attempting to build on his impressive 2020 campaign, which featured two finishes within a 10-day turnaround, when he meets #11 ranked Li Jingliang.
UFC 267: Błachowicz vs Teixeira will air exclusively in the United States on Saturday, October 30, with the prelims beginning at 10:30am ET and the main card taking place at 2pm ET. The broadcast is a special ESPN+ presentation and will be available to all ESPN+ subscribers at no additional cost.
UFC 267 is headlined by Jan Blachowicz vs Glover Teixeira for the UFC light heavyweight championship. Blachowicz is coming off his UFC 259 victory over Israel Adesanya, while Teixeira is making his second championship attempt after winning his last 5 fights.
