Cejudo Faces Formiga in Mexico

Unbeaten in back-to-back bouts at 125 pounds, Henry Cejudo will continue his march toward a world title shot when he battles Brazilian contender Jussier Formiga on November 21 in Monterrey, Mexico.

Tickets for the FOX Sports 1-televised event, which is headlined by the welterweight bout between Kelvin Gastelum and Matt Brown, go on sale on September 11.

Owner of UFC wins over Dustin Kimura, Chris Cariaso and Chico Camus, the latter two coming in the flyweight division, 2008 Olympic Gold medalist Cejudo is currently ranked fifth in the world at 125 pounds. Sitting two notches above him at number three is Formiga, who has won three straight.
