"Next year’s “UFC 183: Silva vs. Diaz” event now has a venue.
"When UFC officials announced the card in July, they said the pay-per-view event would take place in Las Vegas but didn’t disclosed a venue.
"However, this past week, while announcing a Nov. 17 unveiling of the 2015 fight schedule, the promotion confirmed MGM Grand Garden Arena as event host.
"UFC 183 takes place Jan. 31. Former longtime middleweight champion Anderson Silva (33-6 MMA, 16-2 UFC) and ex-Strikeforce titleholder Nick Diaz (26-9 MMA, 7-6 UFC) meet in the five-round headliner."
