When and why did you start training? I was lost in life and the gym helped me find my purpose

What does it mean for you to fight for the UFC? This is the pinnacle of the sport, and it is my life’s work. My opportunity to fight the best int he world on the biggest platform

Who is your favorite fighter and why? George St Pierre (GSP). He sticks to his game plan, fights smart

Do you have any heroes outside of fighting? I look up to all GOATs in their own aspect (Tom Brady, Tiger Woods, Michael Jordan)

What are your current ranks in martial arts? Jiu Jitsu black belt… got promoted the day I got signed

Specific accomplishments in pro competition? Won Fighting Force title in DR

What fight do you consider to be the key fight in your career? My last fight in Karate Combat, I tapped into a new level where I just let my body be free and flow

Is there a cause that you want to use your platform for? Let everyone know to stay your path and don’t quit on yourself no matter the outside noise. The world is at your fingertips. I started a 7-figure business while overcoming every obstacle being a pro-fighter

Beyond money or a championship, what motivates you? Self progression. Seeing myself grow is one thing that gives me the most fulfillment. And my little guy, Romeo (19 month old son). Want to show him that anything in life is possible

Did you go to college and if so what degree did you earn? Went to college for 1 year. Did 2 fights in Iowa and dropped out, started pursuing MMA

What was your job before you started fighting? All my jobs before fighting landed me in the wrong places

Favorite grappling technique: Kimura

Favorite Striking technique: Head Kick

Tell us about your life outside of fighting: Just got married in Italy, my head coach Asim Zaidi officiated the wedding. 1 son Romeo, 1 baby girl on the way. Collecting Pokemon. I love entrepreneurship
