When and why did you start training for fighting? I started fighting as soon as I turned 18, after previously training in BJJ and falling in love with what started as a venture to learn self-defense.

What professional titles have you held? Phoenix Series II Champion- Invicta FC

Any accomplishments in amateur combat sports? Blue Corner FC women’s flyweight champion; Shofight women’s flyweight champion

Any belts/ ranks in grappling disciplines? Black belt in BJJ

What has been your toughest fight to date and why? Erin Blanchfield was an unexpected tough opponent, but it made me improve a lot.

Who is your favorite fighter and why? GSP - he's a great role model inside and outside the cage from everything I know about him; same with Michael Chandler.

Did you go to college and if so what degree did you earn? I am still in college (Old Dominion University), pursuing my PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. I have a Bachelor's currently, double majoring in Psychology and Sociology (Drury University).

What was your job before you started fighting? I started training before I got a job and during my start in life I've worked as a waitress, a coach, a student teacher, and more. I am currently a coach at a local gym and teach undergraduate classes as a teaching assistant at my school.

Personal Life/Background: I have my own small businesses. I have started Prowler Pickles and High Stakes Honey. I also draw realistic pencil sketches on the side and enjoy anything outdoors, especially being on my family’s ranch in Missouri. My dad is always in my corner.
