Biggest difference in training for this fight? I don't see any difference. I give due respect to all my opponents and my focus on training is always doubled, because my focus is not on my opponent, but on my performance.
When and why did you start training for fighting? I started training in Portugal when I was four years old in boxing, because my father is a former world champion in boxing. I started training in MMA at 13 years old
What professional titles have you held? RIZIN - World Champion, KOC France - Champion, Invictus Pro League - Champion
Any accomplishments in amateur combat sports? 11-0 MMA amateur. As an amateur, I was elected 2 times the best fighter in the league where I participated (ADC) and elected 1 time the best amateur fighter in Portugal.
Any belts/ ranks in grappling disciplines? Black Belt Jiu-Jitsu
Any belts/ ranks in striking disciplines? Boxing since 4 years old, Kickboxing since 15 years old, 3 years in Thailand (Muay Thai).
What has been your toughest fight to date and why? The adaptation at the beginning of my professional career at the age of 17. I learned how to be patient.
Who is your favorite fighter and why? Myself!!! Because I really know how to play this game that’s called mixed martial arts.
What was your job before you started fighting? Sometimes I worked in security (bars, restaurants).
Personal Life/Background: Cooking, reading a lot of books in relation to the moment I live, a daughter named Amy, long walks, shopping, driving fast.
