When and why did you start training for fighting? I started training when I was fourteen. I went to train Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu to see what it looked like. At the beginning, I didn’t like it, but I went back. To this day, I don’t know why, and now I love it. I think it was my destiny.
What professional titles have you held? I have a lot of titles in amateur MMA. Unfortunately, I didn’t have any occasion to fight for a belt in professional MMA.
Any accomplishments in amateur combat sports? I am a multi-medalist in MMA in my country.
Any belts/ ranks in grappling disciplines? BJJ purple belt
What has been your toughest fight to date and why? Every fight for me is the reverse - the hardest parts are the preparation before the fight and cutting weight.
Who is your favorite fighter and why? Jon Jones, Khamzat Chimaev, Sean O’Malley. I like their style.
Did you go to college and if so what degree did you earn? I graduated with a degree in economics.
What was your job before you started fighting? I had a lot of jobs - I worked in a shop, I was a personal trainer, I worked in a cosmetology salon.
