When and why did you start training for fighting? I started Judo at 14, I won Sambo national and world championships, then moved to hand-to-hand combat and started MMA in 2018.
What ranks and titles have you held? Sambo world champion, three-time hand-to-hand combat national champion, two-time sambo European champion. International level master of sports
Do you have any heroes? I like Ronaldo, Ronda Rousey and Conor McGregor
What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC? A big opportunity for me, like a new page of my life. It’s the next level of competition.
Did you go to college and if so what degree did you earn? Physical education coach degree
What was your job before you started fighting? I was working as a taxi driver and courier when I cannot gain money from sports.
