When and why did you start training for fighting? I started judo when I was 3 because my whole family was involved in the sport.

Any accomplishments in amateur combat sports? World champion in Sambo, Pan American champion in Sambo, international boxing champion, multi-medalist in judo.

Any belts/ranks in grappling disciplines? Masters in sambo, black belt in judo, and brown belt in BJJ

What has been your toughest fight to date and why? My last fight in TUF, against Josep Morales. Because I went into the fight with a fractured shin and two broken toes.

Who is your favorite fighter and why? Brandon Moreno, because he is a role model for me.

Did you go to college and if so what degree did you earn? I studied commerce

What was your job before you started fighting? Carpenter
