When and why did you start training for fighting? I started training for fighting at the age of 18. Before that, I used to play soccer, but I was looking for an individual sport where I can rely on myself. So I started with boxing training. It became boring, so I made the switch to MMA.

Do you have any heroes? Gökhan Saki

What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC? It makes me proud to represent my country Türkiye in the UFC. I want to become the 1st Turkish born UFC Champion. I want to put my country on the map and inspire all the young guys and girls. It would be a massive push for the MMA landscape in Türkiye.

What was your job before you started fighting? Car mechanic
