When and why did you start training? I started practicing karate as a child, at the age of 6, out of passion and the starting a professional career.
Who is your favorite fighter and why? My favorite fighter is Dustin Poirier for the technique and passion he puts inside the cage.
Do you have any heroes outside of fighting? My father for the education he gave us and for the sacrifices he made to give us a peaceful life
What are your current ranks in martial arts? Brown belt in jiu-jitsu, Black belt in kickboxing
Specific accomplishments in pro competition? I won IFC (Italian Fighting Championship) title twice, I won the PFL main event in Berlin by KO.
What fight do you consider to be the key fight in your career? The fight with Sopaj because it was a match where the strongest striker came out on top.
Is there a cause that you want to use your platform for? Helping guys like me who come from southern Italy, who with willpower can emerge without getting lost in illegality, here many kids unfortunately get lost. I want to help them by showing them that you can achieve your dreams even with many adversities
What was your job before you started fighting? I worked as a tiler and as a bricklayer.

Tell us about your life outside of fighting: My girlfriend, whom I love so much, helps me separate my professional life from my personal life, motivating me to explore different cultural perspectives thanks to her formidable inner beauty. As always, the people who are significant and important to me are my family, who truly support me in everything, helping me focus on my work while staying true to myself. I really enjoy the simplicity of small things, sharing them with my friends.
