UFC Fight Night (7/25/26) Rzepecki lost a three round unanimous decision to Magomed Zaynukov
When and why did you start training for fighting? Started kickboxing at age 10. I started because I fell in love with competition and challenging myself. Over time, it became much more than a hobby—it became my life and my profession.
What does it mean for you to fight for the UFC? It’s a dream I’ve been chasing for years. Now it’s finally here, but I don’t see it as the finish line—it’s just the beginning. My goal isn’t just to fight in the UFC—my goal is to leave my mark on this sport and become a UFC world champion.
Who is your favorite fighter and why? Ilia Topuria. I admire his discipline, confidence, and complete skill set. The way he prepares and performs at the highest level is something I really respect.
Do you have any heroes outside of fighting? I admire people who achieve greatness through discipline, consistency, and hard work, regardless of their profession.
What are your current ranks in martial arts? No official belt defines me. I’m an MMA fighter who trains every aspect of the sport every day.
Specific accomplishments in pro competition? Former FEN Lightweight Champion. Multiple professional victories, and now I’ve earned the opportunity to compete in the UFC.
What fight do you consider to be the key fight in your career and why? My UFC debut. Every fight I’ve had brought me to this moment, but this is the biggest stage in the sport and the beginning of a new chapter in my career.
Is there a cause that you want to use your platform for? I want to inspire young people to believe that hard work, discipline, and consistency can change their lives, no matter where they come from.
Beyond a championship or money, what motivates you? Self-improvement. I want to find out how good I can become and reach my full potential.
Did you go to college and if so what degree did you earn? Instead of going to college, I chose to fully commit myself to MMA. Looking back, it was the best decision I could have made.
What was your job before you started fighting? I worked many different jobs—from being a butcher in a meat processing plant to warehouse work, and later as a personal trainer. Whatever it took to keep chasing my dream of becoming a professional fighter.
Favorite grappling technique: Japanese Necktie.
Favorite striking technique: Left hook.
Tell us about your life outside of fighting: Outside of fighting, I enjoy spending time with my family and my girlfriend. I also enjoy learning about investing, reading books on personal development, and traveling whenever my training schedule allows. But honestly, fighting is my life. Almost everything I do is centered around becoming the best fighter I can be.
