When and why did you start training for fighting? I started training because MMA became one of the biggest sports in the world and inspired an entire generation. Fighters like Khabib Nurmagomedov and Conor McGregor showed what was possible through hard work and discipline. Growing up where we did, with our lifestyle and mentality, fighting felt natural to me.

Did you practice any traditional martial arts prior to MMA?  Yes. I trained and competed in kickboxing and also trained boxing, grappling, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, freestyle wrestling, and sambo before focusing mainly on MMA.

Any accomplishments in amateur combat sports? Junior MMA World medalist, Junior Ukrainian MMA Champion, Junior Ukrainian Kickboxing Champion

Any belts/ranks in striking disciplines? Extensive kickboxing background and national-level achievements in kickboxing.

What has been your toughest fight to date and why? My sixth professional fight was the toughest because it went the full five rounds. I won four out of five rounds and earned a unanimous decision victory after a hard battle.

Who is your favorite fighter and why? Ilia Topuria because I see similarities in our boxing style and mentality. I respect the way he trains, carries himself, and prepares for competition. Jon Jones because he is one of the greatest fighters ever and has a style unlike anyone else.

Do you have any heroes outside of fighting? My Father

Did you go to college and if so what degree did you earn? I completed secondary and higher education studies after finishing school.

What was your job before you started fighting? I worked different jobs including furniture stores, delivery work, and warehouse/loading jobs.

Origin of nickname: The nickname “Head Hunter” speaks for itself, because of how I fight.

Personal Life / Background: I come from a close family. I have my mother, father, older brother, and extended family supporting me. No children yet. My team, coach, brother, and close friends are with me throughout the journey.
