First, the UFC heavyweight champion, Francis Ngannou, joins the show ahead of his main event fight against Ciryl Gane at UFC 270. He shares why he's glad people are coming to conclusions after watching leaked sparring footage between him and opponent Ciryl Gane, shares how much of a priority a future in boxing is for him, and what he feels are the main differences between Gane and past opponents he's faced in the Octagon.
Then, after Matt shares a story about his time on-set for a documentary on the Gracie family, Cody Stamann calls in ahead of his bout against Said Nurmagomedov this weekend. He shares who the hardest puncher he's faced in the UFC has been up to this point in his career, details how he's been preparing for such a crafty striker in Nurmagomedov, and reveals a tough memory he has of Matt when he was mid-fight with Aljamain Sterling.
