Holly Holm Considers Every Fighter a Threat

Video: Holy Holm says UFC champ Ronda Rousey is beatable
By: MMA Junkie

"With her UFC debut back on again after it was postponed due to an injury, Holly Holm is doing her best to not jump to any conclusions.
"Holm (7-0 MMA, 0-0 UFC) will take on Raquel Pennington (5-4 MMA, 2-1 UFC) at UFC 184 next month in Los Angeles for what will be her first fight in the UFC. The former pro boxer has plenty of hype behind her and is widely expected to be an eventual challenger for the UFC’s women’s bantamweight title, currently held by dominant champ Ronda Rousey.
"But don’t put Holm in that title fight just yet, not with Pennington looming.
“'There’s a lot of pressure, but I’m going to take it and embrace it,' Holm said. 'If no one was talking about me, that means maybe they didn’t think I was going to do anything great. I have a lot to prove. I want to just take this fight and not look past it, because every fighter is a threat.'
"If she does get through Pennington, though, and eventually gets that shot at Rousey, does she think she has what it takes to top someone who hasn’t shown any weaknesses?
“'She’s run through everybody and made it look easy,' Holm said. 'On the flip side, everybody is beatable. Everybody is human, and everybody is beatable. If you don’t feel like you can do it, you shouldn’t do it.'”
