Q: I hear that UFC The Official Magazine is closing?
A. Yes,  after six incredible years of delivering exclusive content to UFC fans the Oct/Nov issue (on sale September 8, 2015) will be the final issue of UFC: The Official Magazine. It was an extremely tough decision but, unfortunately, UFC: The Official Magazine will no longer be available in stores or via subscription. Your favorite stories and articles will now transition over to UFC.com and across multiple digital platforms that will be available to all UFC fans around the world. With an unlimited reach, UFC’s online presence will continue to serve as a connection between UFC and its fans, with an ever-expanding focus on original content available to everyone.
Q: Will i receive a refund for my UFC TOM subscription?
A. Yes. You will receive a refund for any issues remaining in your print subscription in a letter if you paid by check and directly to your card if you paid by credit card. Please contact iTunes Support to inquire about a refund for your outstanding digital subscription and make sure to mention that the magazine has ceased publication and that no new issues are going to be released.
Q. Can I purchase back issues?
A. You will still be able to purchase UFC TOM back issues while the app remains installed on your iPad or iPhone. However please remember that your issues will become inaccessible if you change device or delete the app. Print back issues and back issues via other digital platforms are no longer available.
Q. How do I redeem my UFC Rewards points offer?
A. To redeem your UFC Rewards points, please join UFC Rewards by visiting www.ufcrewards.com.  Once you have joined or if you are already a UFC Rewards member,send you UFC: The Official Magazine subscriber number and the email address you used to join to rewards@ufc.com.
Q. How do I redeem my UFC FIGHT PASS offer?
A. To redeem your UFC FIGHT PASS offer please go to www.ufcfightpass.com and select the monthly subscription plan option. You will need to either create an account or log into your existing UFC.tv account.  Enter the promo code that was provided in your letter on the payment page.  You will find this on the left hand side of the payment page.  Select Purchase and begin enjoying your two months of UFC FIGHT PASS.
Q. How do I redeem my discount for a Pay-Per-View on UFC.tv offer?
A. To redeem your UFC.tv offer please go to www.ufc.tv/events to select the event you would like to purchase. You will need to either create an account or log into your existing UFC.tv account.  Enter the promo code that was provided in your letter on the payment page.  You will find this on the left hand side of the payment page.  Select Purchase and enjoy your Pay-Per-View.
