UFC Rewards Frequently Asked Questions

 
Please read through the Frequently Asked Question below:

• I noticed I am no longer earning points, why?
  • The UFC Rewards program was discontinued on October 15, 2016 and you are no longer able to earn points

• Why is there no longer a sign in page? Am I able to view my account?
  • You are no longer able to access your individual UFC Rewards account. You can now only view redeemable items on ufcrewards.com.

• How long do I have to redeem my points?
  • You can redeem your points through April 17, 2017. After this date, the UFC Rewards program will be terminated and your points will expire.

• How do I know the amount of points I have?
  • The UFC Rewards Team is tracking your points. Please email rewards@ufc.com to verify your total amount of redeemable points.

• How do I redeem for an item found on ufcrewards.com?
  • To redeem your points, please email rewards@ufc.com with the item name, your email address, full name, shipping address, and phone number. PLEASE NOTE that all items have limited availability and will be redeemable on a first come, first serve basis.

• I want to redeem for a UFC FIGHT PASS subscription, but already have an active account, am I able to do so?
  • Yes! Simply email rewards@ufc.com and we will extend your current subscription for the amount of time you’ve redeemed for.

• I want to redeem for UFC FIGHT PASS subscription, do the codes have an expiration date?
  • The UFC FIGHT PASS codes are valid until October, 2017. They must be redeemed by this date.

• I want to redeem for a UFC.tv Pay-Per-View discount code, do these codes have an expiration date?
  • The Pay-Per-View codes are valid until October, 2017.

• What happens if I don’t use my points by April 17, 2017?
  • All points that have not been redeemed will be expired.

• Will you be adding more items for me to redeem?
  • New items will be added to ufcrewards.com periodically.

• Am I able to pay money in exchange for more UFC Rewards points?
  • No, we do not accept money in exchange for UFC Rewards points.

• Am I able to transfer my points to a friend or family member?
  • The transferring of UFC Rewards points is not permitted. 

• How long will it take more me to receive my items?
  • Please allow 5-6 weeks for shipping and handling on physical items. If you’ve redeemed for a subscription or Pay-Per-View code, please allow 3-5 business days.
