For UFC fans around the globe over the last year, one of the highlights of fight week has been viewing the daily video blogs of UFC President Dana White on the days leading up to, and including, fight night.

But starting this week, the camera will now focus on the warriors of the Octagon, and for the return of the UFC video blog, Hall of Famer Randy Couture will take fans through the final preparations for his UFC 102 main event bout against Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira this Saturday night in Portland, and give an inside look at the life of one of the sport’s true legends as he gets ready for battle.
