UFC Champ Ronda Rousey To Star In Film Based On 'My Fight, Your Fight' Autobiography

After a blockbuster weekend in which she knocked out Bethe Correia in 34 seconds in Brazil, UFC women’s bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey is ready for more of the spotlight.

In an exclusive, Variety is reporting that Paramount Pictures has secured the rights to Rousey’s best-selling autobiography “My Fight/Your Fight,” with Rousey starring and playing herself.

Rousey teamed with sister Maria Burns Ortiz to pen “My Fight/Your Fight,” which covered Rousey’s struggles and rise to stardom as a bronze medal-winning Olympic judoka and MMA phenom.

Mary Parent is producing “My Fight/Your Fight” along with Rousey, with Mark Bomback adapting the screenplay and serving as executive producer.
