Anderson/Lawlor, Silva/Taleb added to UFC 197

The championship fights are set for UFC 197 on March 5. Now it's time to see who else will be stepping into the Octagon at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, and Wednesday, two fights were added to the card.

In light heavyweight action, former Ultimate Fighter winner Corey Anderson will look to extend his two-fight winning streak and continue on his road to the top when he faces veteran Tom Lawlor, whose return to the Octagon last July after an injury-induced layoff resulted in a Performance of the Night knockout of Gian Villante.

Plus, a welterweight bout will pit explosive Brazilian standout Erick Silva against Canada's Nordine Taleb.

Tickets for UFC 197, which is headlined by the lightweight title fight between Rafael dos Anjos and Conor McGregor and the women's bantamweight title bout between Holly Holm and Miesha Tate, go on sale on January 22.
