Nate Diaz calls out GSP, Woodley on UFC 202 Embedded

In the first episode of UFC 202 Embedded, Nate Diaz took a shot at new welterweight champion Tyron Woodley and UFC legend Georges St-Pierre.

Both GSP and Woodley have been connected to potential fights with Diaz’s brother Nick Diaz, so it’s not shocking to see that Nate Diaz wasn’t too thrilled with the two of them trying to cordially set up a fight.

“I seen Woodley and GSP shaking hands and text messaging, ‘Let’s make a fight.’ That’s boring,” Diaz said on Embedded. “You just killed the whole thing for us. Don’t no one want to see no fight that some friends set up. F*ck that. How about me and my guys versus you and your guys. Now that’s entertaining, let’s see that.

"That’s good TV and that’s real sh*t. Other guys setting up fights through text messages – that’s silly.”

Nick Diaz has just returned to eligible competition and GSP has long been rumored to be contemplating his return to the Octagon. UFC President Dana White recently told UFC.com that Woodley’s first title defense would come against No. 1-ranked Stephen “Wonderboy” Thompson.

Nate Diaz takes on Conor McGregor in a welterweight non-title main event at UFC 202. Tickets are still available and you can pre-order digitally right now.
