3 Australian Fighters Impress In UFC Debuts At UFC Fight Night 121 In Sydney

For the past five years, the UFC has visited Australia during November or December. This year’s event, UFC Fight Night 121 took place at Qudos Bank Arena in Sydney. The event, held on November 18, was headlined by a decidedly non-local heavyweight bout between Brazilian competitor Fabricio Werdum and Polish fighter Marcin Tybura. Before the two big boys stepped into The Octagon a number of fighters with Australian roots threw down. Three of those pugilists – Nadia Kassem, Tai Tuivasa and Jessica Rose-Clark were impressive in their UFC debuts.
