  I know from first hand experience that Mike C is a machine. He was in the gym before I got there and after I left everytime I can remember. Not only does he train when the rest of Miletich does, but he has one of the best workout regiments i've ever seen. He keeps track of how much weight and how many reps he does in each workout everyday so he knows to push himself harder next time. I think he just earned himself a UFC contract at 205, even though he is going to win at heavywieght.
