Bonnar’s Back at UFC 94

After over a year on the sidelines due to injury, Stephan Bonnar will look to pick up his two fight winning streak where it left off when he returns to the Octagon on January 31st to take on unbeaten prospect Jon Jones on the main card of UFC 94 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

Tickets are on sale now for UFC 94, which is headlined by the welterweight superfight between Georges St-Pierre and BJ Penn, and the clash of unbeaten light heavyweights, Lyoto Machida and Thiago Silva.

Also added to UFC 94’s preliminary card is a lightweight bout between Thiago Tavares and Manny Gamburyan, a matchup of heavyweight prospects Jake O’Brien and Christian Wellisch, and a welterweight meeting of Ultimate Fighter alumni Matt Arroyo and Dan Cramer.

    The downfall of boxing was when they lost their honor and integrity. The pureness of the sport is what drove so many from boxing to mma. The raw talent, commitment, hunger, and professionalism was refreshing. Then Bonnar gets caught juicing, and so does Sherk; two of my favorite fighters, and now just 2 fighters to me. They threaten the purity, honor, and integity of the game, and for that I can not support them. I wish them well, but I am not effected by a win or loss by either fighter now.
