CAUTION: SPOILERS INCLUDED – Jesse Taylor and Amir Sadollah have battled their way to the semifinals of The Ultimate Fighter: Team Rampage vs Team Forrest. Who will join them? We’ll find out this week.
This week’s quarterfinal matchups will pit Dan Cramer against Tim Credeur, CB Dollaway against Cale Yarbrough. All four will be fighting for the two remaining spots in the competition, but it’s already eliminated Jeremy May who made the most noise early on in this episode, as he not only asked Matt Brown for a rematch following Brown’s hard fought loss to Sadollah, but then planned to goad Taylor into punching him and thus get kicked out of the house. And Taylor was close to the breaking point after the two traded barbs, but cooler heads prevailed and there would be no in house fisticuffs.
Those battles would be saved for the Octagon, where Credeur survived some dicey moments early on to submit Cramer in 90 seconds with a heel hook. The other quarterfinal match ended in the first round as well, with Dollaway grounding and pounding his heated rival Yarbrough into defeat.
With fighting matters out of the way, coaches Quinton Jackson and Forrest Griffin were allowed to take their teams out for a night of go kart racing. But the mayhem really took place back at the house as the fighters did a bit of unplanned for redecorating.
Next up was the semifinal matchup meeting with UFC President Dana White, a meeting missed by coach Jackson, who overslept. Regardless of Jackson not being there, Griffin still didn’t get the match he wanted between Taylor and Dollaway. Instead, this season’s final four looks like this:
