Biography

TRAINING: I normally start with pad work or cardio of all different sorts in the morning, depending on the day. Then in the evening it will be a lot more drilling and sparring, but I do mix it all up depending on the days. 

Thoughts on opponent, Magnus Cedenblad? I was happy when I heard it was Cedenblad. With him being on a two fight win streak, the win will send out at message to the whole division that I am here.

When and why did you start training for fighting? I went to a few local shows and a friend of mine completed the buzz when he knocked his opponent down with the first kick. It was unbelievable and I was hooked ever since. 

What ranks and titles have you held? Fightmatrix world #55 UK #4 and two-time BAMMA MW champion. 

Do you have any heroes? None 

What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC? It's always been a dream, something I have always been aiming for. Now it's about making sure I end my career in the UFC and make a name for myself worldwide.

Did you go to college and if so what degree did you earn? No 

What was your job before you started fighting? Worked on street lighting, changing light bulbs 

Specific accomplishments in amateur competition? I won a title on Phoenix Fight Nights and I defended that title three times.  

Specific accomplishments in pro competition? I was two-time UCFC British champion and two time BAMMA champion.
