TRAINING: My typical day involves a combination of technical drilling, grappling and strike training. Depending on the actual day the intensity varies, as does the goal. Some days involve intense sessions and other days are longer with a more technical base.
When and why did you start training for fighting? I started training as a teen and had my first fight as a late teenager. I also studied abroad for a stint in Georgia Tech in Atlanta (2010) and briefly started Law School Postgrad in 2012 before deciding to pursue the UFC dream to my full potential.
