Training: : A typical day of training consists of a hard strength and conditioning workout at Innovative Results in the morning. Then drilling wrestling and striking techniques at Jokers MMA then finishing up the day with hard overall fight training at Kings MMA
When and why did you start training for fighting? I’ve been involved in martial arts for over 15 years. I love the competition and it’s a big part of my life.
What ranks and titles have you held? I'm the KOTC 170lbs Champion
Do you have any heroes? Anybody that does good in this world
What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC? Everything, I worked 10 years to make it here and now I’m living my dream.
What was your job before you started fighting? Teaching
