Biography

TRAINING: Training is very hard, with much to do. I’m building strategy for the fight and training a little more.

 

When and why did you start training for fighting? I started training in 2006. At this time I was already the number one lightweight in jiu-jitsu and I was looking for new challenges.

 

What ranks and titles have you held? 7x Jiu-Jitsu World Champion, black belt in BJJ, TUF Brazil 2 winner

 

Do you have any heroes? My Father

 

What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC? A new life

 

Did you go to college and if so what degree did you earn? Yes, but I just studied for one year.

 

What was your job before you started fighting? Teaching Jiu-Jitsu
