Biography

TRAINING: Strength and conditioning at 10am. Wrestling and BJJ at 2pm and boxing / kickboxing in the evenings.
 
When and why did you start training for fighting? I started fighting at the age of 18 because it was something I always dreamed of after I finished wrestling.
 
What ranks and titles have you held? Former Bellator featherweight champion and current Tachi Palace Fights bantamweight champion.
 
Do you have any heroes? My father is my hero. He's done everything he can to make sure I succeed.
 
What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC? This means the world to me - it is a dream come true.
 
Did you go to college and if so what degree did you earn? Iowa Central Community College. No degree
 
What was your job before you started fighting? Straight to fighting after high school
