TRAINING: I train twice a day, morning and evening. There is no "typical" day at our gym; we train hard and are preparing for every possible scenario.
Thoughts on opponent, Phil Davis? Phil is a really good athlete; he's powerful and comes from a really good camp.
When and why did you start training for fighting? I started when I was 20 yrs old. My friend asked me to try it out after wrestling in college. I tried it out once and got hooked.
What ranks and titles have you held? Rocky Mountain National tournament winner
Do you have any heroes? My granddad (pop) and Walter Payton
What is your favorite technique? None
What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC? It means the world to me. I feel great, and wouldn't change anything for the world. Now I can take care of my family how I need to.

What was your job before you started fighting? Bouncer
