Biography

TRAINING: My training for this fight is a mix of everything - Jiu-jitsu, boxing, Muay Thai, physical preparation... I am trying to train a little of everything to arrive more complete for the fight, prepared for anything. I am well prepared.

 

When and why did you start training for fighting? I started training jiu-jitsu very young, and I soon became a fan of the gentle art.

What ranks and titles have you held? Brazilian jiu-jitsu black belt, 2009 World Jiu-jitsu champion in Black belt division from CBJJO (Brazilian Confederation of Olympic Jiu-Jitsu) 

Do you have any heroes? My coaches and my family.

What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC? It’s a dream coming true.

Did you go to college and if so what degree did you earn? No

What was your job before you started fighting? I became a fighter very young.
