Biography

TRAINING: I usually train twice a day. Sparring in the morning and more technical training or some cardio in the evening.


When and why did you start training for fighting? I have played different sports all my life, and when I took my first class of kickboxing in 1997 I was hooked. I started MMA in 2001.


What ranks and titles have you held? Cage (European MMA promotion) featherweight champion with five title defenses


What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC? It means everything to me. UFC is the top promotion with the highest level of competition


What was your job before you started fighting? Still working as a bouncer in a local night club
