TRAINING: After breakfast, I will do my strength training for 2 hrs, including running and anaerobic training. After a nap at noon, I have 2 lessons in the afternoon. One is a technique lesson, including boxing, Thai boxing and no-gi BJJ; the other lesson is a simulated fight with my coaches.
