Rodrigo DammTRAINING: The routine is intense. I train twice a day. I'll train at noon and the first part ends after almost three hours. After lunch I'll take care of the day to day commitments, then rest, since at seven o'clock I turn to the second part of the training.
When and why did you start training to become a fighter? At 16. With the encouragement of my sister Carina Damm, I started Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. What ranks and titles have you held? Third degree BJJ black belt, former member of the Brazilian National Wrestling team. Do you have any heroes? Jesus Christ What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC? It is a dream come true to fight in the biggest fighting event on earth. Did you go to college and if so what degree did you earn?
