TRAINING: Run in the morning, then my first session at my gym is around 11am. I rest in the afternoon before going back for the evening session. I’ve been doing this so long now it never really changes.
When and why did you start training for fighting? 2001 - So I could beat up folks without getting into trouble, and get paid for it.
What ranks and titles have you held? Former UFC Light Heavyweight Champion, coach on season seven and season ten of The Ultimate Fighter

What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC? It’s like going to the Super Bowl, baby.
Did you go to college and if so what degree did you earn? Yes, I got a da kick out degree.
