Paul GeorgieffTRAINING : A typical day of training usually involves pairing an hour and a half of BJJ with an hour and a half of either Muay Thai, MMA, or conditioning. When and why did you start training for fighting? I started training for fighting once I became proficient in BJJ. I was training with Team Bison, which is very MMA oriented. Initially, I went there for the grappling, but quickly became involved in the fight game. I have since moved to Madison, where I continue to train MMA, BJJ, Muay Thai, etc. with Twisted Fitness.
