When and why did you start training for fighting? I began to fight in 2000 in an amateur organization. I turned pro in 2002 and became a full-time fighter in 2004. I saw it on TV and I wanted to try it; now I'm in the best organization in the world
What ranks and titles have you held? Team Canada coach on TUF Nations, TKO light heavyweight champion, KOTC Canadian light heavyweight champion, world middleweight MFC champion, black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and black belt in Muay Thai. The Ultimate Fighter season four finalist
Do you have any heroes? Muhammad Ali, Randy Couture
What is your favorite technique? One punch knockout, Kimura, rear naked choke
What was your job before you started fighting? I was in the Canadian army for five years.
