TRAINING: Specific training or sparring in the AM, conditioning at night depending on the day. Something different every day.
When and why did you start training for fighting? After seeing UFC 2, I knew that I had to be a fighter, so I started seeking out BJJ training right away.
Specific accomplishments in amateur competition? World cup BJJ champ, 3x Pan Am medalist, North American Abu Dhabi trials champ, 2x grapplers quest U.S. national champ, 5x Canadian grappling champ.
Ranks in martial arts styles? Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Black Belt in Kempo Karate
Do you have any heroes? Myself.
Favorite grappling technique: Rear naked choke
Favorite Striking technique: Right Hand
