Liz CarmoucheTRAINING: A typical day consists of an hour of endurance training, an hour of jiu-jitsu / judo, and an hour of MMA sparring. I get a brief break and then another half hour to two hours of strength and conditioning and mitts.
When and why did you start training for fighting? I was looking for a physical challenge and an outlet. What ranks and titles have you held? None Do you have any heroes? My teammates like Matt Fort, Landon Piercy, Mike DeLaTorre, and Alex Soto. Did you go to college and if so what degree did you earn? I am currently going to school for kinesiology. What was your job before you started fighting? I was an aviation electrician in the Marine Corps. Ranks in any martial arts styles: Yellow belt in kenpo and blue belt in jiu-jitsu. Favorite grappling technique: Armbar Favorite Striking technique: Left cross
